Conference events will be held in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium.

What is the cutoff date for registration?
Registration closes on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 12 p.m. CST.
Can I bring a Guest?
Advisors/Leaders can bring one adult guest. Badges are required for ALL lia sophia Conference events. Children under 18, including infants, are not permitted in any Conference venues: Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium.
When will I be charged for Conference registration?
Conference fees will be charged upon submitting your registration.
I am a new Advisor, when can I register?
After March 13, all new Advisors who join lia sophia and submit a Starter Show will be able to register for Conference the Monday afternoon after the week-ending of their start date. In order to attend Conference as an Advisor, your start date must be May 23 or prior.
Starter Show submitted for week-ending March 22 can register for Conference beginning Monday, March 25 after 2 p.m. CST.
I was off mail, but recently submitted a qualified Show. When can I register for Conference?
After March 13, off mail Advisors who reactivate by submitting a qualified Show will be able to register for Conference the following Monday afternoon. In order to attend Conference as an Advisor, your must be active prior to May 24 registration cut off.
Qualified Show submitted for week–ending March 22 can register for Conference beginning Monday, March 25 after 2 p.m. CST.
Will I receive a confirmation once I've registered?
A registration confirmation will be sent via e-mail instantly after submitting your information. If you do NOT receive a confirmation, be sure to check your junk mail or bulk mail box. (Your current security settings may divert the e-mail into one of these locations.) To avoid this, you may add email@example.com to your e-mail contacts. You may also view your confirmation under “Modify My Conference" on the registration Web site. Please note: The confirmation number given is from Wyndham Jade and is NOT a confirmation number for your hotel reservation.
Can I go back into the registration Web site once I've registered?
You are able to go back to the registration Web site to revisit the Conference information, add a guest, and/or to make or change your hotel reservations, and view and print your Conference registration confirmation under "Modify My Conference”.
When will registration open for breakout sessions?
This year, we will not be requiring pre-registration for breakout sessions. Session attendance is on a first come-first served basis.
If I can only attend one day of the Conference, do I still have to pay the full registration cost?
Yes. Conference registration is a flat fee.
What do I need to bring with me for on-site registration?
A valid government issued photo ID is required for all Advisors/Leaders and guests along with your badge and a copy of your registration confirmation.
What if I want to share a hotel room with another Advisor(s)?
Only one of you will need to reserve a hotel room. Please include the name(s) of those you are rooming with when making the housing reservation.
Will lia sophia or Wyndham Jade pair up Advisors to share a hotel room?
No. Advisors must select their own roommate(s).
When will I be charged for my hotel reservation?
A deposit equal to one night's room rate plus tax will be charged at the time of making the reservation. The remaining balance will be charged at check out by the hotel.
How do I change my hotel reservation?
You are able to make changes to your hotel reservation (based on availability) until 5 p.m. CST, Friday, May 24, 2013, under "Modify My Conference" on the registration Web site.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
The refund/cancellation policy applies to all Conference registrants including guests.

Substitutions are permitted for the same registration type until 5 p.m. CST, Friday, May 24.
How do I cancel my Conference registration?
You must e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Please reference "Conference Cancellation" in the subject line.
How do I cancel my hotel reservation?
You must e-mail email@example.com. Please reference "Hotel Cancellation" in the subject line.
If I need to cancel, can another Advisor/Leader attend in my place?
No. There are no substitutions for Advisors/Leader who register and cancel.
If my guest needs to cancel, can a different guest attend in their place?
If registration is still open, you are able to edit or cancel your guest selection by contacting Wyndham Jade via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once registration has closed, there are no substitutions allowed for guests who register and cancel.
If I cancel my Conference registration, can I still receive the Conference materials?
No. You must be present at Conference in order to receive Conference materials.
